..>>Creating a creature<<..

..||Creative task||..

this week we are learning around the topic of creative writing, and focusing on describing and painting a picture for the reader through words. one of the tasks to help us warm up for doing our final creative writing task. for this task we had to make up are own mythical creature, we had a look at some legends of creatures and then we had to go on google draw and draw and explain our mythical creature.

this is my creature, its not really mythical creature more of a made up species of mammal that is very similar to dog, I drew this on google draw with poly line and drew a little diagram showing parts and more about this creature. I drew a little forest showing what their habitat might look like, I drew the 3 types of my creature, the middle one (which is the main one.) is the woodlin type, then the top right corner one which is the dark forest one, and the bottom left one which is the sundial one.  I just made up the name of this creature: lilona (lil-o-nah) this creature lives in cool dry forest areas and can survive in harsh weather, their diet includes rats, bunnies, and maybe birds.. but the dark forest type lives in places where the birds don't fly and rats are deep in the soil.. but the habitat it lives in is flourishing with moss, and other plants leading it to live a herbivorous diet.
----
these animals have big feathery ears and tails.. they have feathers surrounded the ear to catch any unwanted dirt and snow.. because their ears are sensitive from being their most superior sense. they have long and hard snouts to dig up dirt to find underground rodents.
the woodline type of lilona has a grey-ashy brown fur, with white ears and a dark charcoal  tail. they can live amongst dead trees and stick but mostly in a cool dry forest.
the dark forest lilona type has dark cocoa brown fur and lives in deep forests with muddy soil.
the sundial lilona is a pale yellow colour that lives in more open meadow like places.
the lilona is a calm yet couscous creature and isn't aggressive, but more playful like when comfortably. they are very focused on the tasks they set for them self, and they don't go of task. in their free time they like to run around the forest in their small families, they don't group in big packs but more just stay in contact with their parents and siblings.

this was really fun to make I quiet enjoy making creatures and making up backstories for them!
